Reset Password

Overview

If you cannot log in because you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password feature. 

Instructions

  1. Select your name in the upper right corner

  2. Select Settings

    • Note: If you are within one of our product solutions (such as CivicRec), you will see an option to Reset Password.

  3. Select Reset Password

  4. Enter and confirm your new Password

    • Note: Your password cannot match your four most recently used passwords.
    • Note: Your password must contain three of the following:
      • Uppercase letters
      • Lowercase letters
      • Numbers
      • Special characters
  5. Select Submit
    Submit.png
