Who can use this feature?
Roles are used to define permissions for Groups, Clients, and Workflows.
This article will show you how to create a new, custom Role. As soon as the custom role is saved, it can be found in dropdowns in:
- Group and Client dropdowns in Permission Sets
- Navigate to Settings > Roles
- At the bottom of the Roles screen, add your role name to the text box
- Click Add role
- Click the gear icon next to your new role to modify the role
