Change Name on Account

Overview 

You can change your name on your account through the Platform. This will change the name across all CivicPlus products.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the CivicPlus Login Screen
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password

  3. Click Sign In

  4. Navigate to User Name > Settings in the top-right corner
    settings.png
  5. Edit your First Name and Last Name

  6. Click Submit
    Submit_Name_Change.png
  7. A popup will appear that states "These changes will not be reflected until the next time you login, do you want to log out now?" - select Yes or No
