Overview

You can change your name on your account through CivicPlus Single Sign-On. This will change your name across all CivicPlus products.

Important Note

• Users signing through their organization’s Custom IdP cannot edit their First Name or Last Name. Their name will default to what is listed on their IdP provider. 

Instructions

1. Navigate to https://cpauthentication.civicplus.com/Identity/Account/Login
2. Enter your Email Address and Password and click Sign In
   
3. Edit your First Name and Last Name
   
   • Note: You cannot change the first name or last name for an external account.
4. Click Save
