For security purposes, all user passwords on the CivicPlus Platform automatically expire every 90 days. When the password expires, the user will be prompted to change their password the next time they log in.
You will need to create and confirm a new password, with the same password requirements. Then, you will be able to log in as usual.
A user will not receive an email notification when their password is about to expire. Instead, they will be notified the first time they attempt to sign-in after password expiration.
