Update User Information

Overview

This article will show you how to update a user/user information.

Instructions

  1. On the Platform homepage, click Administrative Settings

  2. Next to the user you want to edit, click Modify

  3. Edit fields

    • First Name: Enter first name
    • Last Name: Enter last name
    • Email: Enter a primary email
      • Note: Changes to a user's account requires validation. An email will send to the user to confirm any changes.
         
    • Secondary Email: Only the user can change their secondary email
    • Password: Click Reset Password to reset their password
    • Group Memberships: View groups this user is a member of
  4. Click Save
