Overview
This article will show you how to add members to a group in CivicPlus Organizations. Once added, group members will have access to any permissions assigned to their group in Integration Hub, CivicPlus Notifications, HCMS, and CivicEngage Evolve.
Important Note
- Some users may see the new CivicPlus Organizations user interface (UI) and others may still see the CivicPlus Platform. Learn more about the transition from Platform to CivicPlus Organizations.
Instructions
- Navigate to Groups
- Select the group you wish to add members to
- Search for and select a user in the Add Group Member box
- The user will automatically be added to the group
- Assign group owners as needed
