Offline Mode

All apps are able to be used while offline. After downloading the app as a PWA, the app will be cached onto the device allowing full access to all app features while offline.

When you submitted a form while offline, the form is placed in a pending queue. The pending queue will automatically submit once an internet connection becomes available.

App users will get a notification when submitting offline, notifying them that the form will be stored on the device.

Users are able to view their pending queue via the Pending menu. This will display the list of pending forms, the date and time they were submitted, and a delete option.

Everything in the OneBlink Console will work while offline out of the box. The only exception to this is data and element lookups. Lookups utilize external APIs, which cannot be targeted while offline. For more on Lookups, check out this article.
