CivicEngage (V5) Credentials

Overview

If you choose CivicEngage for your option, you need to first choose your credential type. If you choose “Password” here, you will need the following information:

An organization owner who is also a system admin for the website must set up this credential. They will need to provide their username and password in the corresponding fields.

Domain is the SSL domain you want to set up credentials for. This article will show you how to find this information.

If you don’t already have your organization’s API Key and Partition, please contact support.

We recommend using the Token option as the information to include is much easier for users to obtain. If you choose “Token”, you will need:

If you do not have your individual Platform Client Id or Client Secret, this documentation will walk you through retrieving that information.
