Notifications Overview


Subscribers will receive emails and SMS messages as they become available. If a subscriber is subscribed to multiple lists that trigger one notification due to each list containing the same category, they will only receive one notification.


Email Notifications

Email notifications include the header and footer that was specified for the list, the content that was added or modified in the HCMS, the ability to view the message in a browser, and a link to manage their subscriptions.




SMS Notifications

SMS Notifications include the name of the list, subject line, and a link to view the content that was added/modified.
