Settings Overview

 

Overview

Organization Owners can update the default settings for Sender Name, Reply Email Address, and Send Time.

 

Instructions

  1. Click Settings

  2. Edit the settings
    Edit_Settings.png
    • Sender Name: The name that will appear in the From field for emails and SMS messages
      • Note: This field will default to the name of the organization
    • Reply Email Address: The email address that will appear in emails, and the email address that will be used if the user chooses to reply to an email notification
      • Note: This will default to no-reply@civicplus.com
    • Send Time: The time that notifications will send if they are set to send a specified number of days in advance
      • Note: The field will default to 6:00 AM
  3. Click Save
