Notifications appear in Pending Messages if the content is scheduled to be published in the future or because the notification is scheduled to send a specified number of days in advance of a date. Users can also modify the schedule and cancel pending messages by clicking on the action menu.
- Find your desired list
- Click the Action Menu > Pending Messages
- Find your desired Message
- Click Actions > Modify or Cancel
- Modify: Modify the message schedule
- Cancel: Cancel the message
