The Integration Event Log allows users to see the status and details for each run of their integration. This feature will be used to verify your integration is running as expected and also for troubleshooting when it’s not.
To view the event log for an integration, you will first go to the Integrations listing screen. You will then identify what integration you want to view the event log for, open the action menu for that integration, and choose View Event Log.
You will then be brought to the Run History screen. On this screen, you can view the overall status for each run of your integration.
You can sort the Status column as well as the columns for start and end time. There are also standard paging and filtering functions on this screen.
To view additional details for a single run, you will click on the row for that run and a modal with a listing of the steps for that run will be shown. This modal has standard paging options.
To view the details of a single step of the run, you will then click on the row for that step. This will open another modal where you can scroll to view additional details for that step.
You can either click out of each modal or select the X at the top to close.
