We are excited to announce changes coming to our CivicPlus Help Centers starting October 3, 2022. These updates will help optimize the structure and content of our Help Centers in order to increase usability, accessibility, and more.
Upcoming Changes
- October 3, 2022: New Help Center Landing Page
- The Platform Help Center will be merging with our main CivicPlus Help Center site, this will provide a centralized location to access documentation for all of our CivicPlus products
- The landing page will include links to each product's individual Help Centers as well as a global search that allows you to search and find articles from any of our Help Centers
- Example:
- October 3, 2022: Improved Homepage Design
- All of the Help Centers will receive an updated homepage design that includes:
- Adjusted header with navigation and release notes
- Integrated search with the main CivicPlus Help Center site to make it easier to find information on our Power Products (such as CivicPlus Pay, CivicPlus Single Sign-On, Integration Hub, etc)
- Enhanced navigation buckets that are customized for each product
- Customized promoted articles, spotlight, and graphics

- All of the Help Centers will receive an updated homepage design that includes:
- End of 2022 - 2023: Article Updates
- Starting at the end of 2022 and continuing through 2023, the following article changes will be implemented:
- Improved article navigation
- More descriptive overview sections
- Highlighted note call outs
- Links to previous/next steps on articles, as applicable
- Consolidating articles to include all workflow steps in one article to reduce clicks
- Improved tag and search features
- Starting at the end of 2022 and continuing through 2023, the following article changes will be implemented:
